This body of work explores the process of drawing and creating textures using heat. Fusing metal is a delightful adventure into controlled chaos. Doodling and patterning with silver, gold, wire, sheet metal and scrap is my approach in producing this work.The metal is brought to the melting point in order for fusing to take place so the result is always slightly unexpected. The finished product is a combination of organic textures transformed into unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
